If you wanna move mountains …

join me - as i know how to ;)

The other day, during a group meditation, the real lessons came after, when people began sharing their experiences. One spoke of fear washing over them; another said they just wanted to cry. Someone felt anger bubbling up, while another nervously asked, “Am I even doing this right?”

What stood out to me was how these feelings weren’t just random—they were tied to stories, beliefs, and patterns they’d carried for years. How often do we do the same? We get stuck in what I call “problem mode,” where our struggles feel like the whole truth of who we are.

Even the modern obsession with ‘healing’ can become a loop. It’s easy to wear our wounds like badges of honor, to see ourselves as forever incomplete—always working on something, but never quite arriving.

Here’s the twist: real change happens when we stop fighting where we are. Instead of trying to “fix” what feels broken, we meet it, sit with it, and let it be. That’s when those heavy patterns start to loosen their grip.

Our spirit will always crave meaning, validation, and expression. But when we reframe how we approach these desires—when we stop clinging so tightly—they start to transform. It’s not about denying our reality but choosing to see it differently.

Think about the weight of waiting for an apology or someone to finally admit, “You were right.” How long do we want to carry that? The moment we step back and widen our perspective, what once felt so heavy becomes lighter.

This shift isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about looking beyond it. As we grow more conscious of the stories we tell ourselves, we stop polishing the same old versions of who we think we are. Instead, we open a door to the core of our being—where clarity, freedom, and peace are waiting.

So, why keep circling the edges? Let’s dive in, embrace where we are, and trust that the process is always leading us home.
