Wait or Create?
Kaypacha, my favorite evolutionary astrologer, recently wrote in his chat group: What are we going to do? Wait or Create?
I decided to create.
I've been going through an incredibly disruptive time with many external attacks. Recently, I started sharing this with others because I realized—yet again—that life is better together. Sharing my burdens lightens them, and those who can stand the heat stand with me. Those who can't have already left the kitchen.
There are many layers to what I’m going through and learning, and I now see the beauty in everything. How did I come to see this beauty? From an incredibly dark place. For a while, I kept saying, "my dark night of the soul continues." I waited days, weeks, and seasons. Before it "ended," with much help, love, and care from my soul family (the best way to call my warriors), I found it—I found freedom.
Freedom is a frequency we either hold or don't. It’s not about where you are or what you’re doing; it’s a frequency. I received this through someone who had freed herself similarly. Now, this might sound abstract, so let’s see—what am I saying here? Remember the saying: your teacher can only take you as far as they have been. (Who is the teacher? Everybody! Whoever holds your hand is a teacher.)
In my case, my teacher was someone deeply embedded in the frequency of freedom. She pulled me up from the mud. She saw me, felt me, held me, and pulled me. It was surreal but so real. If this weren’t my life, it would feel like "The Wheel of Time" Season 3 (coming in 2025, by the way). It is my life, so I welcome its mysticism, secrets, magic, divine interventions, and unknowns.
This is why I keep repeating in all those Kundalini activation classes: when we gather in a room and merge our fields (auras, energy bodies), we become one unit. When one of us breaks a pattern in their subconscious, the others also receive this frequency. And when we do online classes, we do this through the quantum field—a space with infinite possibilities.
I’m writing this newsletter from my couch, listening to "Samba Em Preludio," watching the bees on my balcony working hard, my turtle eating his lettuce loudly (considered rude in some cultures), my cat snoozing next to me, and my boyfriend sending photos from Tokyo (I was supposed to be there; long story, maybe in the next newsletter). I am celebrating. Celebrating my freedom. Against all odds, I feel so free. I am inexplicably grateful for the journey that brought this to me. Now I know I can share this gift with others! Now I can take you there.
Going back to Kaypacha, what did I create during this time?
First, I created a new version of me, still unfolding each day. It will take some more time to integrate fully, but this new formation is definitely unique.
Second, I wrote a book. (To be honest, I wrote more than one, but this one is ready!) I looked at life, observed my clients, the patterns, the feminine, and the wounds. We all started in a womb, right? A womb that was bleeding regularly and healthily, and then we got into it. It gave us life. In my belief, everything starts with that blood. The topic that no one wants to talk about—the time of the month no one wants to be seen. We bleed every month (and we don’t die), going through four phases in a month, and we underestimate this journey so much! So I wrote a book. For everyone. When I say it's about the menstrual cycle, men think it's not for them. How come? Don’t you have girlfriends? Sisters? Mothers? Daughters? Colleagues? Any woman you want to understand or support more? This is for everyone, to claim your space, your truth, your power, and structure your life as nature intends.
Our cycles hold so much magic. For example, the moment I got the news that my book is published, I started bleeding. I just smiled because something in me knew—we are ready!
